This is a turn-key office, painted externally and internally, fully insulated, double glazed and complete with a Herringbone effect vinyl floor, all fully installed onto your ready-prepared base. The door has a three-lever lock and in the summer you can work with the double door thrown wide open to enjoy the birdsong. All windows are opening. The construction itself is as impressive as it looks. The external cladding is 19 x 125mm overlap panels. Each panel is treated throughout with our proprietary zinc borate-based process to help resist fungal decay and insect damage. The cladding sits on 44 x 44 mm framing to give a sturdy construction. The floor is 20mm T&G, fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and finished internally with the attractive herringbone effect vinyl. Externally the roof is 11mm OSB Board finished with 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof that carries a 50-year guarantee, internally it fea
