Green cloth boards guilt titles on spine, the spine is tight and secure all pages are clean no marks or markings, showing signs of yellowing , front flap is not price clipped , now protected in a removable clear plastic sleeve. Joan Butler was the pseudonym of Robert William Alexander. Alexander used this penname for his satirical style, which echoed other much loved authors such as P. G. Wodehouse and Thorne Smith.
