Ben learnt that in the 1600s apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies and he was inspired to replicate this art and the original recipes. On a mission to solve the what-to-drink-when-youre-not-drinking-alcohol dilemma Seedlip simulates the experience of drinking alcohol via a complex botanical flavour profile that marries astoundingly well with tonic water and other mixers.
