Tasting Notes Representing the worlds first distilled non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip was launched by creator Ben Branson who was inspired by a book on distilled non-alcoholic remedies written in 1651 called The Art of Distillation. Ben learnt that in the 1600s apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies and he was inspired to replicate this art and the original recipes. On a mission to solve the what-to-drink-when-youre-not-drinking-alcohol dilemma Seedlip simulates the experience of drinking alcohol via a complex botanical flavour profile that marries astoundingly well with tonic water and other mixers.
