Annie Fischer was a Hungarian classical pianist born in 1914 and died in 1995. This vinyl was advertised as a new release in "Wonderful recordings by Artists of great insight", Gramophone magazine, September 1961, p. 6. This is the mono recording and as such is very rare. Records from 1961 and before are recordings with depth and quality not found in later years. Condition is very good although there is a scratch near track one. It has been played on the shop record player and although this is not a high audio player this was not audible.
