It uses flux cored steel welding wire which produces its own gas shroud as it burns, providing optimum performance and reliability. Equipped with two-stage welding current control, LED display heat protection, high efficiency cooling fan and automatic welding wire feed, which can be controlled at speed to ensure perfectly continuous welding. With the 90 amp maximum welding current it welds mild steel up to a thickness of 5 mm, it is ideal for automotive, general fabrication, and DIY welding projects at home. No gas bottle required.
