On 1st November 2018, over a thousand units of this product had been sold by the supplier, without the supplier ever having received a complaint regarding the product, and also without the supplier ever having had the product returned, except for in the following case:  - One customer around 1st November found 15 units of this key product would not work with his Anglian-Windows windows. He found the keys would not go into the locks, probably because the keys were too thick. The supplier concluded that his locks were unusual in that they would only accept thinner keys than the keys that were supplied. Normally, this is not an issue and it seems to apply to the particular locks the customer possessed. The supplier advised that he would either have to file down the thickness of the keys, or get the keys from elsewhere.
