Machine suitability: The FT30 cutting wheel is suitable for free-hand use with petrol separators as well as for stationary machines. Material suitability: The FT30 is specially designed for use on steel (black steel also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. Construction and production: The cutting wheel contains high-quality corundum (aluminum oxide) and 2 full-surface fiberglass fabric. The minimum side load for the cutting disc is according to EN 12413 and OSA 40 N, or from diameter 150 mm 50 N. The expiry date (three years) is stamped in the boring ring. A constant quality is ensured by complex in-process controls in production. To provide a safety Maximum, every one of the thousands of discs is tested in a destructive way.
