DuoFern environmental sensor - mini weather station for controlling the home automation system The radio-capable DuoFern environmental sensor is a smart home sensor for the coherent control of all the connected devices on the basis of definable action sequences that are triggered by the environmental parameters of temperature, rain, wind speed and sunlight. In addition to lighting, these devices include the heating system, shutters, awnings and much more. In conjunction with HomePilot®, up to five different threshold values can be set for the sunlight, the wind, the temperature and for dawn and dusk. The integration creates a variety of possibilities, all of which are dependent on the weather data. For example, the shutters on the south side of the building can be automatically lowered in the event of intense sunlight, or the awning on the terrace can be extended. The DuoFern environmental sensor also has an integrated tubular motor control, to which a motor can be directly connected.
