The PocketWizard CM-N3-ACC-1 Remote Cable is for remotely triggering the electronic shutter release of Canon cameras equipped with a N3 Remote Terminal. It is required for remote camera triggering with a FlexTT5 trigger if using E-TTL functions. In addition, the PocketWizard CM-N3-ACC-1 cable contains a pre-trigger connection. When a remote zone is enabled on a MultiMAX, the camera behaves as if the camera's shutter release button were held half-pressed continuously. The PocketWizard CM-N3-ACC-1 makes the camera respond more quickly and consistently, but also consumes the camera's batteries much more quickly.
