Two Pip & Squeak Annuals, published 1935 and 1938. Published by The Daily Mirror, London. Uniform hardback volumes. 195 x 260mm 207 pp (both volumes). Illustrated gloss paper front and rear cover sections overlaid onto cloth boards. The text block comprises sections printed alternately in blue, black and sepia ink and interspersed with full colour plates. Full of charming cartoons, puzzles and short stories throughout. Full page advertisements on the rear board and on the front paste down (in the case of 1935). Both volumes remain in very good condition for their age with tight, faultless binding and bright covers. Some slight wear to the edges and corners of the boards (see photos) and some fading and bumping to the cloth spines. Internally both volumes are in excellent condition with no loose pages, no notes or annotations (including the puzzle pages) and no foxing or blemishes.
