Tasting Notes Perelló Gordal Olives are made from the Gordal Reina (meaning Queen) variety which come from Sevilla in Andalucía. These huge pitted olives are grown in Álcala de Guadaira Utrera and Los Palacios and they have an intense juicy flavour and a gorgeously firm texture.
