Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love If you are at risk of losing cookbooks in a morass of book spines that are all similar tones with similar fonts then . . . . the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen Book is here to make sure that fate doesn't befall it as well. It is Dan Lepard'sShort and Sweet that I always find difficult to locate on my own kitchen bookshelves despite the fact that I use it regularly and in the back of mind know exactly what the spine looks like. The bright red and bright pink of this book cover will make sure it leaps out. It's not just an exercise in attention grabbing book design either, it is jam packed with excellent recipes and recipe ideas. The recipes are divided into where your ingredients are stored; there is a section featuring store cupboard ingredients, one on the veg-box, and further ones on the fridge and freezer. They are all recipes developed by the team at Ottolenghi. The recipes I'm keen to try first of all are those for baked orzo puttanesca, herby cabbage
