The HydroBubble Bubble PEP System, a ground-breaking device developed by the Cystic Fibrosis Team from South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust in collaboration with the University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust and Mark Moran MBE from Hydrate for Health.The HydroBubble is designed to revolutionize the delivery of Bubble PEP physiotherapy, particularly for children with Cystic Fibrosis.Recognizing its potential benefits for a wide range of respiratory patients we are excited to bring this innovative solution to the forefront of respiratory care.Traditionally Bubble PEP physiotherapy has been administered using a 1-litre bottle of sterile water along with suction tubing. However, this method results in significant waste, poses challenges in proper cleaning, and can harbour respiratory pathogens, necessitating disposal after each use.
