Novoflex Q-Base II is a Arca-Type Compatible Quick Release Clamp and can be used to adapt an Arca-type quick release plate to a tripod head, tripod, stand, or support device. A steel bushing is installed within the center of the clamp so that it can be adapted to a 1/4"-20 mount.
