Released in September 2019, the Nike AlphaDunk 'Pure Magic' draws inspiration from Aaron Gordon's performance in the 2016 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, when he jumped over Orlando's mascot and maneuvered the ball between his legs before throwing down. The performance model features a colorway of black, Photo Blue and white, a lightweight Air Knit upper and a large Swoosh around the heel. Other elements include retro 'Flight' branding, visible Zoom Air in the forefoot and a translucent outsole.
