The author was born in Wolverhampton in 1890, one of the hubs of the booming two wheel industry and has contributed 200 drawings to Motor Cycle News. Motorcycle Story, 1875-1905. Slight foxing on a few pages, and more significantly to back cover along with a faint coffee-stain. Spine quite worn. Top corners of several pages dog-eared. A pre-title page preliminary leaf appears to have been torn out, and the same case for the endpapers. 55pp. Published by E.M. Art & Publishing for Motor Cycle News, 1962.
