Volume II, published 1906, 20.5 x 28.1 x 6.3cm, 677 pp. Text block intact, but gauze exposed at front and detached from cover at the back. Various press cuttings from 1906 and 1912 have been stuck to the endpapers and title page. Also included are motor related press cuttings etc which we found in the books. Most from 1900-1909
