This is a hardback folder is in good condition and contains 12 Meccano Magazines from January through to December 1958. The folder is a hardback wine coloured leather bound book with steel clips and a red leather band to hold the magazines in place. The spine has Meccano Magazine written in gilt coloured lettering. There is some shelf wear to the top and bottom of the hardback folder, particularly around the spine area and the leather covers have some shelf wear, both to the back and the front. The endpapers have a green marbled effect with a space to secure the red leather band and metal clips at the back. The folder has been produced by Quickbinde Ltd of London and has been made specifically for Meccano. The magazines are in reasonable condition and the pages are crisp and clean although have age-related yellowing to the edges.
