Tasting Notes Lillet is a traditional French aperitif that is made from a rigorously selected blend of wine liqueurs fruits and herbs. Aged for 12 months in oak vats before release uniquely it is given the same care as the neighbouring Grand Cru (great wines) of Bordeaux. Lillet Rosé takes its colour and profile from a small addition of red fruit liqueurs and Lillet Rouge and marks the producers first new style in 50 years in the UK. Off dry with favours of ripe berries wild flowers melon and nectarine L illet Rosé is perfect for summer drinking well-chilled over ice or in cocktails.
