These fun bathers are knitted by hand and bear a tag proudly signed by its maker. Lighthouse Knitwear, was established in 1992 by London based designers Liz Evans and Stephen Rothholz after buying a lighthouse in County Wexford. Inspired by the local Aran knitters, they soon began designing and producing hand knit accessory collections for Paul Smith and Nicole Farhi, Richard James, Margaret Howell, Browns, Hardy Amies, Crombie, Liberty of London, Jigsaw, Ben Sherman and Whistles as well as several outlets in Japan.
