Francine, where are you now? Probably six foot underground. Probably a first edition, but since no date of publication is provided, it's hard to tell. Condition: Fair. Some black marking to the covers with discolouration and an address stamped on the front, pages tanned and lightly foxed with binding slightly coming away in places. A charming childrens book from the early 20th century.
