Taking you back to the dawn of touring by motor car, this is a 1920s pigskin carrying case for the complete road maps of England & Wales in 37 Bartholomew's cloth backed editions. Nine of the original maps appear to have been replaced with AA editions of the same maps. Maps are general clean and bright though some showing more wear than others - creasing and finger marks. The case has come apart at one end of the lid and has various marks, but is not beyond cleaning and repair. It no longer has its key, but comes with its original mileage gauge.
