Facet – a functional designer wall light with LED technology Following on from the distinctive paper or plastic lampshades made using a unique pleating technique which characterise the Danish lighting manufacturer Le Klint, the French designer Aurélien Barbry created the Facet wall lamp, which consists of a conical-shaped steel lampshade with suggested pleating and a wall panel made of the same material. The light is generated by warm white LEDs inside the shell-shaped lampshade and reflected through the metal plate, which results in effective light radiation. The Facet wall lights are supplied with the light, the rear wall plate, and a self-adhesive label in an anthracite colour consisting of the letters A to Z and the digits 0 to 9 to mark on the plate.
