Suspension lamp Cylinder: decorative example of impressive craftsmanship The Cylinder pendant lamp is part of a series of pendant and table lamps that reflect tradition and modernity in an outstanding way. Cylinder consists of a white umbrella made of plastic, which has been laid in countless evenly running folds. In contrast to this is the black stained suspension with metal details. Whether hung individually or in a row, whether used for basic or area lighting - the Cylinder pendant luminaire sets standards in modern living areas and creates a pleasant lighting atmosphere. The idea of the folded lampshade to optimise the lighting effect came from the father of the founder of LE KLINT: P. V. Jensen-Klint created the folded lampshade, which has become so typical for the brand, at the beginning of the 20th century. Today, as when the company was founded in 1943, the shades are produced by hand by skilled mothers. Only in Odense in Denmark is this old craft tradition still practised. LE
