Sand-coloured Carronade designer hanging light with a wooden bracket The Carronade pendant lamp was designed by the Danish furniture and industrial designer Markus Johansson. As the name suggests, the body of the hanging light is based on the design of an old cannon of the kind used on ships in the 18th century. The combination of matt sand-coloured steel as a lampshade, sand-washed oak wood as a mounting bracket and locking screws made of brass gives the light not only its distinctive Nordic charm, but also a great deal of flexibility, as the lampshade can be locked in place at any angle in the wooden bracket.
