The Danish designer Andreas Hansen has been developing furniture, lighting and other furnishings in his own studio since 1963, mainly for companies based in Denmark. In the early years of his career, he designed a number of lamps for the Danish lighting company LE KLINT, whose shades had sharp points. The lamps, like the other LE KLINT lamps, are folded by hand, even though they are not the classic LE KLINT folds. The Danish lighting company LE KLINT, based in Odense, stands out due to the manual production of the shades, which are folded using sophisticated handicraft techniques.
