To ensure the very best quality ice is produced, the machine uses the unique Hoshizaki closed cell system - ice is made using only fresh water every time.Hoshizaki recommends that the water-cooled condenser should be connected to a closed circuit recirculating type cooling system utilizing a tower, water chiller or similar. Water make up should be via a ball valve/break tank arrangement.Please note: limescale can cause serious damage to your ice machine.
