This modern style Hornsea Teapot was designed in 1983 and had a short production run, meaning it is rare. It's decorated in the 'Desire pattern' - featuring small grey hearts and tiny pink dots on a blush/ cream background. The teapot has a contrasting glossy white rim and a cream/ blush colour lid. Considering its age, this teapot is in excellent condition, and is ready to use. There are some tiny marks to the body, but nothing large enough to show up on photographs. Manufacturer's mark on base: Hornsea England Desire. Oven to Tableware. Dishwasher, freezer and microwave oven safe. Size: approx 12cm tall and 13cm diameter.
