An unapologetic biography of sorts by Scots author James D Law b.1865. Covering his starts in Aberdeen, visits around England and America and musings on works of Burns and other literary people of note. Humorously, Law is aware this book is vain but notes that many iconic writers kept diaries which became classics so why not produce his own. Red cloth edition published in 1903, the book is showing it's age but mostly readable. Pages are uncut but clean enough, one page is loose at the front.
