This vintage womans kilt was made by Hector Russell of Inverness. It is in a beautiful red Tartan and is made of great quality wool. The front panel has a beautiful frayed edge, and two leather buckles to fasten the waist. It would be possible to move the buckles to increase or decrease the waist size. The waist is lined with dark green satin in the same manner as a mans kilt. Measurement: Waist 28" (when done up at its biggest) Condition: There is one very small hole on the front of the kilt, and a small hole on one of the pleats on the back.
