Tasting Notes The Manhattan is a cocktail dating back to the 1880s, and maybe even before that. Probably originally made with rye whiskey (as this was favoured in New York at the time), its now more commonly created using Bourbon. There are countless variations on this classic, but none to rival ours. The Harvey Nichols Manhattan Cocktail is created using Four Roses Bourbon. This exceptionally smooth whiskey is combined with Martini Rosso Vermouth and a few dashes of Angostura and Orange Bitters, all of which are patiently stirred together by hand in small batches. Contains a single serving. Chill it right down and pour it into a coupe, Martini or Nick & Nora glass. Alternatively, if youve kept it at room temperature, dont panic, simply serve itshortin a rocks glass over plenty of ice cubes.
