Our Amaretto delivers all the delicious nutty notes that we know and love in a great Amaretto, but we made the choice to tone down on the sweetness, meaning that as well as working as a stunning liqueur, this can also be used as an aperitif too. Enjoy it in an Amaretto Sour, a Godfather, add to a Mai Tai or even give yourself an incredibly luxurious coffee. For our Limoncello, we use the peels of sun-ripened Italian lemons which are left to steep in a neutral spirit for a minimum of seven days before being combined with just sugar and water. The ingredients are then left to marry together for as long as possible, with filtration happening right before bottling for maximum depth of flavour.
