Tasting Notes Harvey Nichols Crème de Cassis is handmade the traditional way using only fresh British Ben Lomond blackcurrants. The resulting liqueur is intensely concentrated and flavoursome with luscious sweetness velvety texture incense aromatics and freshly balanced acidity. Delicious when combined with white wine to make a Kir cocktail or even better with sparkling wine to create a Kir Royale Harvey Nichols Crème de Cassis is also fantastic sipped on its own over ice mixed with dry Vermouth and a twist of lemon or simply poured over ice cream for an indulgent treat. The Harvey Nichols Creme de Cassis is made exclusively for us in Gloucestershire by fruit farmers turned liqueur specialists Bramley & Gage using a 200-litre copper pot still called Kathleen. This expensive piece of kit contains a unique double sphere condenser which creates more copper contact resulting in a sleek and silky finish to their spirits.
