It was crafted using a proportion of their precious chocolate malt spirit (made just once a year) and components from some of the distillerys oldest and rarest reserves which are between 35 and 40 years old. Signet was matured in a combination of Bourbon casks for creaminess Sherry barrels for sweetness and virgin charred American oak for spice creating an explosion of flavour.
