Sprouting tall from an area of farmland near Laura's home in rural Angus, this pollen necklace contains a sprig of real fennel pollen umbels. When collected, their strong herb like smell travels in the wind and continues home with her while she cuts the sprigs from the umbels onto her kitchen work top to be preserved later. Fennel is known to be a delicacy and is widely recognised as a beautiful, natural ingredient which cures a variety of ailments from sunburn to sore stomachs.
