It features a Vario compartment which can be utilised as an 8 x 1/1 GN oven or fridge, depending on the operator's requirements.The unit features a thermally heated hot top, fully incorporated sneeze screen and intuitive 7" colour touch screen allowing the operator to record and store information such as HACCP data, set cooking times and run diagnostic checks on the trolley.Coloured LEDs on the gantry inform the user to current operational status. The vario compartment can be programmed to keep food chilled for a period of time then switch to oven mode to heat the items, saving the operator time and minimising handling of food. The compartment is supplied with 8 shelves and when on oven mode can be configured to have 3 separate zones, each with their own temperature settings, allowing for a wide rage of menu item
