The Lockstation mortice electronic strike release fail secure 12V DC is for use with Mortice fixing nigthlatches. The elecronic strike release requires a 12v DC power supply. Fail secure meaning that power has to put to the strike for it to open and therefore in power cut the door will remain securely closed.
