The wires are laid with optimum design throughout the heater giving superior flexibility while negating the physical stress caused by thermal expansion during operation. Applying uniform surface heat to the product eliminates concerns for localised overheating and prevents damage to more sensitive materials such as sugars or glucose and other viscous materials such as soaps, fats, foodstuffs, varnishes and chemicals allowing them to be pumped or poured with ease. A simple fixing arrangement via a hook and spring provides swift, flexible and easy installation/removal.
