The rough, unedited works are collectively known as The Dirty Thirty. Traditionally, creatives would complete these works on their own or in small writing groups. The Dirty Thirty Creative Writing Challenge was founded in 2013 to bridge the gaps of loneliness and give writers a sense of community. The platform is a space where veterans, newcomers, professionals and dabblers alike can follow daily prompts at their own leisure while uplifting, encouraging and critiquing each other.
