The interesting, angular design means that each side of the shade seems almost independent. Each square depicts a different animal motif. The animals - giraffe, elephant, crocodile and hippopotamus - are punched out of the first layer together with the clouds, birds and drops of water. Behind this is the second layer, which flashes through with its fantastic, colourful stripe patterns. Both layers are matt but translucent and provide a glare-free, atmospheric light.
