Made near the artist's childhood home, the gin blends local botanicals from the valleys with pure Welsh water and Jenkins' signature ingredient - Manuka honey - so it glides down easily and can be enjoyed alone over ice. It's so named after the distillation of a balanced blend of 22 botanicals, including warming juniper and spice and soft notes of vanilla and bee pollen. Pine, citrus, and chamomile round out the flavour profile.
