Country Rambles by W. Percival Westell is a field naturalist's note book for a year. The book contains observations for every day of the year. The notes are illustrated by black and white photographs and illustrations. The green cloth board cover is in reasonable condition. There are some signs of wear around the edges and the corners of the cover. The cover displays gilt titles and a picture of birds and a nest. Similarly, the cover spine displays gilt writing and an illustration of a bird. Due to the age of the book, there is some tanning of the pages. However, they are unmarked and the binding of the book is secure.
