The research investigated aspects of experimentation with elements of Commedia dell'Arte with the young people from the settlement, and the following elements were chosen to guide the investigation: the body construction of the genre's types, the making of masks and the drafting of a script. The experiment aimed to explain the appropriation and transformations made by the participants based on their cultural identifications with the masks they worked on.
