Withdrawn from Plymouth Public Libraries with Dewey Decimal number on the spine, library bookplate on front endpaper, withdrawn stamp on flyleaf, library stamps on frontispiece and the title page front and back, and modern barcode on rear endpaper. Bound in red cloth with leather spine. Gilt stamped crest on the front board and gilt stamped title plus Dewey Decimal number on the spine. The corners are bumped and worn through, with wear around all edges and the front and rear boards rubbed. The spine ends are worn and there is a piece of sellotape with a yellow dot at the bottom of the spine as visible in the photo. The hinges have been repaired/reinforced with brown tape at the front and rear. The binding is tight with no loose pages. The page edges are age darkened with some scratches from handling. There is heavy foxing on the f
