The Callow Dual Fuel BBQ Grill is an impressive, contemporary 2 in 1 charcoal and gas barbecue mounted on a large wheeled trolley.The left-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled by two stainless steel gas burners, with a further side burner, providing a total 8.5kW. The burners can be controlled independently and all have Piezo ignition. Two cast iron cooking grids make up the cooking area, 48 x 42cm and there is a stainless steel warming rack, 45 x 12cm. A removable grease tray collects unwanted juices and fats, aiding cleaning. The right-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled with charcoal and has a height adjustable galvanised steel charcoal tray, allowing you to control the heat. The height is adjusted with the winding handle on the control panel. There are also three air vents, two on the cover and one of the side of the charcoal tray, which can be used to improve air circulation and therefore burning of the fuel and temperature. A slide switch on the control panel opens and closes the vents ac
