Top edge gilt, right edge roughly cut. Sixty-two colour plates, the illustrations being the collection of drawings dedicated by the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolours to Their Majesties the King and Queen at their coronation. All plates present and in excellent condition, with captioned tissue guards in place. Also includes foldout copy of the document presenting the watercolours to the King and Queen, with a very short closed tear along one edge. Corners and spine ends rubbed and bumped, cloth faded in patches, forward lean to spine.
