Stylistically Bollinger are renowned for their rich and savoury style of wines dominated by Pinot Noir and subject to oak fermentation and extensive lees maturation. Bollinger Rosé NV is the houses newest addition to the range and has been unanimously acclaimed since its launch. Modelled on Bollingers Special Cuvée this is a dry full and powerful style of Champagne with plenty of flavour and vibrancy. Red cherry raspberry rose petal and fresh bread are suggested on a forward nose whilst the palate is intense structured complex and fruit-driven.
