The Bodycon dress is from the 2006 Mainline Collection by Alexander McQueen. The dress presents an asymmetrical and unique design: The right side has two straps (red, grey & black) as an armhole and the left armhole is a long sleeve. Triangular patterns can be seen all over the dress.
