Artsit's Book Yearbook 2008 - 2009 Editor: Sarah Bodman Extract from Introduction: Welcome to the 2008 - 2009 issue of the Artist's Book Yearbook. Since the last issue, we have seen many new artist's book things happening! With new book fairs established in Manchester and Bristol and new ones also due in Glasgow & London. This year, Tom & I collaborated with Julian Warren and Peter Begen at Arnolfini to co - host the first Bristol Artist's Book event - BABE, at Arnolfini in April. BABE was great fun and we are looking forward to the next one in 2009. From the listing sections for organisations, bookshops and collections you will notice how many more events there are, groups forming, websites up and places to buy and sell artists' books.
